Empowering children, their parents and their educators
so that we can all transform judgement and pain
into what makes our lives and the lives of those around us MORE WONDERFUL!
Amelia participated in a PEACEfull Communication training. She told me this story a few weeks later: "We were on the bus one day when one of our classmates called us "lesbians". We asked ourselves why he might be saying that; what might he be needing when he says that. We guessed that maybe he was needing friendship… so we decided to become his friends."
Imagine if all our children held this power of transformation - translating words or actions that could be hurtful into life-affirming messages that contribute to making things more wonderful for everyone.
My deepest wish is for every child to have this power of transformation - transforming words or actions that could be hurtful into life-affirming messages that contribute to making things more wonderful for everyone.
If you share my wish and would like to collaborate in creating a PEACEfull Communication event (or project) by using your connections to a school, a community centre, a children's home or any other organization that works with children, their parents, their teachers or other educators anywhere in the world or if you would like to contribute financially to a PEACEfull Communication project or participate in any other way I would love to hear from you.
